Michigan Indian Legal Services is offering remote estate planning.
WILLS, POWERS OF ATTORNEY, PATIENT ADVOCATE DESIGNATIONS, FUNERAL REPRESENTATIVES, AND LADY BIRD DEEDS.
MILS is offering digital estate planning clinics on Tuesday, 11/30/2021 and Friday, 1/21/2022 to make creating your estate plan as safe and convenient as possible. These documents can be signed and executed from the comfort of your own home. This Program is open to Tribal Members, Employees, and their family. The guidelines of this program will allow us to cater to a broader group than is typically permitted by MILS’ funders.
