How to become eligible: follow eligibility criteria above, complete patient registration paperwork, be seen at the GTB Clinic by a provider, who can become your primary care provider, or you may request a referral to back to your primary care and visit the GTB Clinic at least once per year.
Reasons to use the GTB Pharmacy:
We can take your script transfer immediately
We provide two-day or less fedex delivery for those who are homebound or cannot come to the GTB Pharmacy
We have ZERO co-pays or deductibles

We are a part of the GTB Health team and this collaboration provides ease of service for you as a patient
We do request that your get your refills called in at least 72 hours before your prescriptions are depleted.
