Resolution of cases filed with the Tribal Court, including, but not limited to:
- Accepting filings;
- Answering procedural questions (without giving legal advice);
- Scheduling hearings, pre-trial conferences, jury and nonjury trials, etc.
- Mailing out notices;
- Providing forms and copies of court orders, etc.; all related to the following types of cases:
- Civil
- Criminal and Traffic
- Juvenile
- Indian Child Welfare
- Minor Trust
- Family Law
- Personal Protection Orders
- Foreign Judgment Recognition
- Estates
- Guardianship and Conservatorship
- Conservation
- Other cases
Resolution of appeals filed with the Tribal Court, including, but not limited to:
- Accepting filings;
- Answering procedural questions (without giving legal advice);
- Scheduling hearings, oral arguments, etc.;
- Mailing out notices;
- Providing forms and copies of court orders, etc.; in all appeal matters
Probation Supervision (only as ordered by the Court):
- Conducts Pre-Sentence Investigations
- Monitoring and advising clients on compliance with conditions of probation for both adults and juveniles
