The GTB Health Services Department-Manoomin/Rice is Happy to Present that the GTB Benzie Clinic is Reopening!
We invite the Tribal and GTB Community Members to be reintroduced to the new Benzie Clinic Celebration:
June 13, 2024 @ 7282 Hoadley Rd Benzonia, MI 49616.
Luncheon to be served from Noon-1 pm
BINGO to follow from 1-3 pm with PRIZES!
We will have:
NEW patient registration
NEW PRC client registration or PRC updates
Covid Boosters will be available for eligible patients
Appointments will start on July 11, 2024 and continue in the months to follow, every second Thursday. Appointments can be made by calling Brandi at 534-7200, asking to be seen by Angela Schaub, FNP., at the Benzie clinic.
We are excited for the new Benzie Clinic to meet your Wellness visits, sports physicals, and other health concerns for ALL AGES!
