D. Leelanau County Recycling Site Agreement-Kris Ingrao
1. Approval by Motion to allow Leelanau County to continue to use the Peshawbestown site for Leelanau County Recycling, with refusal of the site usage payment from Leelanau County to be considered as an in-kind contribution towards the recycling service.
E. Temporary Tribal Prosecutor Contract-Mike Teeple, Human Resources
1. To approve by TC Motion to extend the Temporary Tribal Prosecutor Contract.
F. BIA Residential Lease (E. Ferrere)- Resolution 18-36.3033-Robert Kalbfleisch
1. Motion to approve Resolution #18-36.3033.
G. RCA, LLC Contract Change Order #1- Peshawbestown Road Sidewalk Project-Robert Kalbfleisch
1. Approval by Motion to accept RCA, LLC’s change order #1 for $144,615.00 and to increase their existing contract #1083-6055 from $561,710.90 to $706,325.90 for the Peshawbestown Road sidewalk extension project.
