. Motion to approve amendments to the Marina Operations Code, 14 GTBC 10.

3. NEW BUSINESS
a. Approval of Resolution 18-36.3009, Support for Michigan Indian Legal Services’ Project of Civil and Criminal Legal Assistance- John F. Petoskey, General Counsel

. Motion to approve Resolution 18-36.3009.

b. Approval of Contract with KM Contractors for Beaver’s Landing Dock Raising and Repair-Eric DePetro & Erik Olsen

. By Motion, approve an increase in the Program 100.2120 budget of $2,559.00 as listed on the attached budget modification.

c. Allocation of Funds to Purchase Safety Gear for Active GTB Fishing Vessels-Desmond Berry & Erik Olsen

. By Motion, approve the allocation of funds from the 1985/2000 Consent Decree Trust Fund for purchase of safety gear for active GTB fishing vessels, not to exceed $12,114.18.

d. The Community Services Block Grant (CSBG)-Arlene Kashata

. Approval of Resolution #18-36.3011, for the Community Services Block Grant, funded by the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services to the Inter-Tribal Council of Michigan as the fiduciary.

e. FY18 Tribal Opioid Response Grant-Arlene Kashata

. Approval of Resolution #18-36.3012, to request funding in the amount of $95,607 from the Department of Health and Human Services, through the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration.
